i wish i could give them zero stars. the owners are extremely disrespectful towards employees, over work under pay them. they will lower your pay without saying anything to you about it. they serve expired milk alternatives have even handed out chunky milk to customers. it’s unsanitary inside, the owners are greedy the coffee is a rip off. support other troy coffee! support businesses who care about troy! lost a customer because they wanted to argue about how i ordered my drink. I’ve worked at a coffee shop… i really know what i want when it comes to my order. :

"I feel food an service has gone down hill since our first time eating at the restaurant 4 yrs ago. Tonight I ordered food to go an usually I never have to check it cause it’s never been wrong. I got home an I live across town, I only had 1 part of my order right. I had received 2 other dishes that weren’t mine. I called them about it and was asked if I wanted my food or a refund. I told them I wanted my food. I couldn’t eat what was given to me by mistake an couldn’t bring it back either since it cross contamination. My salad with my food wasn’t anything like the salads they have served me in the past. It was just a salad mix thrown in a to go box. No cucumbers nor onions or croutons like they usually put. They also need more healthy food choices for those who have to have low carb/ low sodium food."
