Ruby Tuesday - Troy

What Toni Ridge likes about Ruby Tuesday:
The food and atmosphere are ok. My dad wanted to go there for his Birthday meal. It took forever to get his Ruby's Relaxer (I told him it was a good drink). It didn't appear to be busy but, the servers had a hard time coming around to check for service and when they did, it was usually after we had already resolved the issue. What Jessie Olcott doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
They are the nastiest place in troy. It stinks as soon as you walk in the carpet is black and dirty. The hostess said half the reasturant is closed so we couldn't get a booth. And the table we sat at was dirty AFTER the hostess wiped it off and when we asked for it to be wiped off again she caught an attitude so we informed her we are leaving she Saud that's fine!
