I cannot recommend this restaurant very much. The owner/cook makes all goods from seasonal products on site and the menu changes daily. The quality of food, the warmth of the service and the ambience were unbeatable! I'm so glad we visited, and I'm gonna tell everyone I know about visiting. "Just my favorite restaurant in Troyes. The atmosphere, the staff and the food transport you completely into what would be a Japanese restaurant. Saké, sushis, yakitoris, udon, ramen, dorayaki... all classics are there, and are absolutely irreproachable quality! The place is certainly small but it is a good quality and it strengthens the calm and relaxing atmosphere. My guests and I were more than satisfied with the attention given to the kitchen and I had a very good meal. On the other hand, you have to make sure you book. It clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend!"
