I have lived in 3 different countries and experienced poor customer service in all 3. But this one literally takes the cake . Wow. By far the rudest. At first I simply thought she didn 't speak English until I heard her speak proper English when her friend called her on her phone afterwards. My kids started laughing awkwardly.
