read moreDQ Truro offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers encountering disappointing meals and poor customer service while others enjoy the clean restaurant and friendly staff. The ice cream treats receive praise, especially the hot fudge sundaes. The birthday cakes are expensive but impressive, ideal for special occasions. Overall, while the food is generally tasty and affordable, the inconsistency in service quality and order accuracy can be concerning. With some room for improvement in customer service training and order accuracy, DQ Truro remains a decent dining choice for those craving a Dairy Queen meal.
