Service must have been new or very inexperienced restaurant wasn't busy took long time to get drink order by then we were ready to place our order at the same time and it seemed to overwhelm the waitress. Hopefully she was new and is a quick learner cause no one was trying to help her. View all feedback.
What Susan Layton doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
Me, my husband and son went in for breakfast. They ordered steak and eggs, which is on the menu. I ordered French toast and eggs. Ten minutes after ordering we were told they didn't have steak! My husband and son changed their orders to lunch since it was almost noon. One hour plus later, we got our food after the waitress kept telling us it would be on the table soon. Had the new Bee sting chicken tenders and it was horrible, chicken was definitely frozen, was thin and tough, and the hot honey was just honey
Outstanding service to compliment two great meals. My wife says the Steak Fries are truly amazing. Keep up the good work.
