What Anahi Jerde likes about Yan Toh Heen Intercontinental Hong Kong:
Food and service are very good, in fact way better than Tang Court (Michelin 3 stars). The ambient is comparable to that of Benu in San Francisco (3 Michelin star Chinese/Asian restaurant). Food is innovative and delicious. Definitely worthy of 2 stars. View all feedback.

I guess it was not the smartest choice to have the Peking Duck at this restaurant, as I'm sure it is not the best dish to showcase the chef's skills. The Peking Duck was fine not the best example I have had, but well presented with a range of condiments.
