大将は大阪での修行経験が多少はある様で大阪風の関東煮だが素材、出汁の味共にイマイチで修行が足りてないと感じた。それに見合う値段では無く、これなら電車賃を払ってでも大阪に関東煮を食べに行った方が良い思いが出来る。通信教育で金さえ払えば試験も無く誰でも取れる利き酒師をわざわざ名乗るのもちょっとね。 View all feedback.
