Had the Birria en Caldo from El Ranchito Alegre today for lunch and it was ON POINT. The consome is authentically and richly seasoned and the chunks of meat were huge with a good ratio of meat to fat and bones. There’s nothing better for your soul than a slow-cooked consome. The homemade tortillas and salsas are also delicious. I can’t wait to try everything! View all feedback.
