The food was great, The Ultimate Cheeseburger us my favorite. The atmosphere at this Jack is a bit sterile but clean. My only issue is after making a mobile order the staff does not alert me to let me know it's ready. I have to inquire about it and notice my food sits. View all feedback.

I walked in and waited for 6 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff, I’m not sure what the issue is here but all I wanted to do was buy food. At one point even the cook came out from the back and mentioned they should help me and yet they still didn’t. Big bummer, for a jack in the box the restaurant itself seemed clean and well kept.
