"This place is in the middle of nowhere but the food and service were exceptional! Worth a big detour to take it in. We had roast lamb and it was amazing as well as the a pumpkin white wine risotto also a very good burger. The baked goods pastries were amazing as well. Very good attention to detail."

"Service is lovely. Great for a quick bite. A talented baker clearly works here. The quiche was yummy and the lemon meringue pie with passion fruit topping was heavenly! Go for the dessert, you won't be disappointed. Also I should mention this place is like a little museum of household paraphernalia."

"Had a fantastic lunch at Tui base camp today on our way home from our work trip. So many delicious items on the menu, we all struggled to choose. Lots of gf options. The service was impeccable. There had been a small miscommunication about our booking but within mins, tables were pushed together, chairs and cushions sorted and as soon as we sat down our drinks orders were taken. ‘Friendly and fast’ would sum it up. And the food was as delicious as it sounded on the menu. I had the chicken salad and the salad ingredients were so fresh and crisp. Everyone finished their meals and everyone was very impressed with the prices (and the service). It was my first time at Tui base camp but we’ll be back."
