I have been eating at Chick-Fil-A for many years. Slowed down only because they started getting ultra busy and I don’t like crowds. I have never eaten the macaroni and cheese however, an saw them while poking around on DoorDash. Ordered a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese and cookies and cream shake. First time I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A that lacked consistency. No pickles on the chicken sandwich. No cheese on the sandwich that was charged for. Fries were mushy. The front counter staff were amazing and courteous. Seems to just be an opportunity for improvement with the kitchen staff. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident on a bad day.
