This food truck comes out to Red Rock every once in a while for the Red Rock food truck round-up event. I had been craving BBQ for a while so we decided to go visit and see what was available. We previously ate here and I would have given them 4 stars eating the melt in your mouth brisket, pork and collard greens. The beans were only average at best However, they came out to our community with a few other food trucks, yesterday, and a bunch of my neighbors HAD the brisket and said it was really tough.
