Christmas Eve Pre Fixe Meal. Excellent choices. Perfectly prepared. Unique recipes that were traditional, but with special twists. A green salad with perfectly sliced fruits and a unique vinaigrette. What User doesn't like about Gold:
Maybe my worst culinary experience ever! Too many problems to list here, but for beginners, do not say that you serve lobster bisque when the lobster is clearly rock shrimps. The lady at the table next to us with a shrimp allergy was very unhappy! Our cocktails came 45 minutes after we had ordered them, and our wine never came!
