I went to lunch on the weekend and it was about 30 minutes waiting to get a place. I always take that as a good sign. I ordered the coyote sandwich with a side of fritten. Well pretty long wait time consider there was a lot of tables open when we arrived to finally be seated at one after a 40 min wait. Then to top off, they were out of most of the items on the menu had to settle for items that were not as appealing.
