late critique but went here at 10/11/22 and it was great! the food was great, atmosphere great and our service of reina was excellent! we look forward to our next visit. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Hooters:
- I love this place but this time we sat on the terrace for 20 minutes without confirmation of not 1 but 3 waitresses. platz might have 10 tops to serve and plentiful staff. 3 employees have them without menu or drinks and turn around and go away is unacceptable. I called immediately after we had (also unnoticed) gone and jake pretended to be in shock. He offered me a free appetizer when I wanted to come back in. without evidence, I would very doubt that this would happen. according to most negative contributions, this service issue is real. guessing they do not see a problem with it, but they lost my and business.
