"Good that I'm yelp elite member, because from some stupid reason, although I've lived in the opposite for almost 3 years, I didn't know about pita jungle until I noticed there was a yelp elite event here and the people loved it. I've lived in the opposite for almost three years, so I could put myself on the legs, because I haven't discovered them yet. but so glad that we did it because we thought it would be awesome! initially the service was excellent. our server, paula, was attentive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, simply excellent. she has checked us, quickly refilled drinks, she also helped us navigate the gluten-free MANY options (this place is a gluten-free mecca), and she made it a fun experience. we were also supported by sergio, who was also great, he was personally and pleasant and we also enjoyed our interaction with him. Above all, this was excellent, but we want to go back because there is so much choice. many items look great, and that was our first visit. we started with, believe it or not, the blue corn nachos, and they were great. many foods, they were hot, we really enjoyed the cheese, drilling, and the added grilled chicken was a really good supplement. we didn't finish them all because we wanted to save space for our main dishes. my wife has a gluten allergy and young have many gluten-free options, as I mentioned, but this includes gluten-free pita that they see nowhere. we even got a few extra Gf-Pita to go (what was a nice suggestion of her was anyway, my wife enjoyed the truthahn pesto (yes, roasted truthahn, not deli truthahn, and they can also do it with huhn or even tofu) on the GF-Pita. I have the chicken-shawarma wrap. this decision was a fight for me because so many things look good (and good reviews) on this wide menu, I thought about the kafta burger, but next time I will probably try. but it turned out that the huh shawarma was an excellent choice, it was perfect. love the thick pita, wrapped in film, fresh vegetables, tasty tahini (I think it is tahini, unless it tzatziki), and of course that is the star of the show. delicious. had a beautiful fresh little Greek salad as the side and it was really fresh and tasty, it included natural olive and feta, but spinat also that was great. on all that, the happy hour is a GREAT-deal, I mean not only alcohol (which is on and off enough of a reason to do happy hour, for me), but many excellent food choices on the happy hour menu as well as (hummus, tzatziki, falafel, cheese, they call it, there are really like over 10 items easy). we enjoyed the happy hour pinot grigio. and they even have cocktails (I had a martini I really liked)! sure the ambiente is not good to eat, but it is still quite nice inside, and they also have terrace food. we will definitely return. it was funny."
