What C likes about Pho Ngan:
I'm a huge fan of banh mi sandwiches so I will try every restaurant that has them. Unfortunately this place is a pass for me. Food was ok, almost good hence the 4 stars but service from the owner was very, very lacking...outright rude. I get everybody has a bad day but no thanks. What DayOld Tortillas doesn't like about Pho Ngan:
We ordered 2 dinners that tasted excellent but the total bill was $33.00, which in my opinion was too expensive. Yes, the dishes were good--not excellent--but I'll likely stick to Miss Saigon for my V-food fix, because this place was just not worth the value. View all feedback.
Had Uber delivery. Very disappointed. Food overfried and burned. Dessert too. Spend 50.00 and not good experience.
