What User likes about Wendy's:
Great customer service. The manager there is super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your visit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had to go back to get an item they forgot to give me. The manager made my trip well worth it and apologized sincerely for the mistake. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Placed an order for pickup. Over 50 dollars worth and they handed the food to someone else. Not sure how they verify who ordered or who picks it up but I'm not satisfied. Now I have to wait for them to remake the order. I said for carryout and they handed it to someone else through the drive thru. View all feedback.
