This restaurant has unfortunately gone from a 10/10 to a zero. Service was terrible, food was that terrible we could barely stomach it.
I was in caracara a couple times, I would normally rate it 5 stars. but in the other night, I don't know what was wrong, but it was just among my expectations....

"Ordered chicken karaage bowl through uber eats and everything including the rice was under cooked and tasteless and the chicken was very dry and overcooked. All in all it was inedible. Just got ripped off, definitely wouldnt dine in when they cant even cook chicken for a delivery. Not good at all."

"Malthouse punches at speak easy weight but well above generally. A busy place on the weekend nights, it's still easy enough to slide and and find a space to enjoy your night. The place split into 2 distinct sections, main bar speak easy and resturant. We have done dinner at the restaurant which gives wholesome food, generous portions and great taste. Price is reasonable for the area and great value for the food presented. Bar area is great as a bar menu exists for the non formal sit down. Tables, lounge chairs and seating at the bar are all options. We enjoy sitting at the bar as much as anywhere else. Service has always been great with offers to refil bread for the dip quickly. Drinks etc all served promptly. Robina is a great place to live but something between fine dining and chain style restaurant experiences are lacking. Malthouse fills this niche position so well. Worth a visit for dinner or after work nibbles and drinks to relax."
