Really disappointed in the customer service. I’ve come to cold stone, this particular shop, and ordered the exact same thing, for years. Today, I was told, by two children behind the counter, that I had to pay for each individual topping in a signature ice cream. It's okay. The ice cream is a little boring but getting a scop made to order with stuff in it is pretty cool.
