Really disappointed in the customer service. I’ve come to cold stone, this particular shop, and ordered the exact same thing, for years. Today, I was told, by two children behind the counter, that I had to pay for each individual topping in a signature ice cream. Coming to this location is a breath of fresh air. The employees are always so friendly and helpful and I truly appreciate that they enforce masking. The ice cream is tasty and though more expensive than some competitors, the ability to customize everything makes it absolutely worth it.
Clean establishment and friendly staff. The ice cream is what you would expect, very tasty. Only 4 stars as the waffle cone seemed a bit stale and hard for some reason.

Poor presentation, stingy portions and hole in the wall atmosphere. I paid $17 for 7oz of ice cream, 5 gummies and one peanut butter cup on a chocolate waffle cup. I remember when this place was better than this. NEXT
