serious disappointment. my wife and I got a gift card for applebee and thought why not. I hadn't eaten since I was a teenager. No waiting staff, was said that 5 mi wait that ended almost 30 minutes waiting. another 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the staff to come to table to order drinks, another 5 or so to get the drinks and order the food. 20 minutes later no eating. I had to go after an appointment, so my family kept waiting for her food and asked for mine to put on the stop until I could come back and eat it fresh. Instead, they screwed up the family order (was almost like mine with any change), so simply took the wrong, put it in a box for me when I returned. with the time I was able to come back, fries were cold and soggy/rubbery and remaining food was raumtemp. I don't want me to visit this special restaurant again.
1/28/22 my wife and I enjoyed dinner, this place is never too busy like the next door restaurant. Food is not bad at all, lots to choose from the menu and they are very reasonabley priced.
I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers.
Placed my online order at 3:15 on a Saturday, said it would be ready by 3:32. Went to pick up food, checked in online and waited at least 15 min in my car and I went inside finally. There were maybe 3 customers inside. The staff asked if I had an order, I said yes and it was clear they good hadn't even been prepared yet. So I waited another ten minutes while my food was cooked. Got home and one of the burgers was missing cheese on the burger. The buns were burned and hard as a rock. Not to mention I tipped online for this terrible service. Not the first time I have had bad service. Don't waste your money.
Only good basic food when I work too late and cook too tired. I must be gluten-free, but they seem to get it right. The service can be felt during these days.
