I have been wanting to try this place since it opened, but because of a bad chicken salad experience at Aunt Lucy's picnic years ago, I had not. I finally mustered up the courage, and I can honestly say I am now addicted. Jessica at the front was very friendly and helpful, as I had no clue what I was doing. What Rebecca Linam doesn't like about Chicken Salad Chick:
I came in and placed a to-go order. Then I waited 20 minutes and saw at least 10 people that ordered after me get their food. I then asked the man at the counter and he no one could find my order. The lady that took my order had to re-print my ticket and I waited another 8 minutes to get my food. I was on my lunch break and late returning and didn't have the chance to eat.
