Food was great but even if you don't like the food(for what ever reason) the safe is amazing. Moving out here from Indianapolis, this place made me feel like a little piece of home was with me. I'll be back! View all feedback.
What Rusty Franecki doesn't like about Coney I-Lander:
tulsa original. regular will run over them if they don't know what they want. the stop for a quick lunch in the city. the chili is old recipe and guarantees a little digestion. View all feedback.
These are the coneys I dream about. Now that I'm pulled out of the Brookside area, I tried to find a replacement for this place, but there's no one. the difference is her chili that is made locally here. two loaded cheese cheese, a pack of chips and medium drink, and they have a delicious lunch for under $6.
Hours? Maybe I missed it. but for the companies that are closed and have no voicemail, says the hours. this would be a good place to post the hours. since I have no idea when they open
Complete awesomeness!! Simple menu done right. Coney Dogs with choice of mustard, onions, and chili. Frito Pie, or chili Cincinnati style done 3 ways over spaghetti noodles. The chili is beanless and smooth, not spicy it's sweeter almost like Cincinnati chili. The price is right (approx $1.50 per dog). Us Montana folks say two thumbs up!!
The soft, steamed bun, the smoky-flavored little frank, the just-right seasoned chili, and the condiments, I just love 'em!
Great lunch. Nice little place with great coneys. Like the other reviewers said, the taste is unique...not SW style chili, but fantastic still. The coneys are small but cheap...getting two or three is about right for me, small bag of cheetos and a drink. Also one of the best Frito Chili pies anywhere, and a pretty good tamale as well.
