This apartment complex is so poorly run. I was not provided a trash receptacle. Also, the mailroom was once locked for a week. Management had no respect for my belongings which resulted in 1000's of dollars worth of lost goods. Management created a hostile environment. The property management company did an excellent job on the restoration of this historic building. The amount of time and money spent on preserving such art, Should truly be recognized Because the atoms is such a significant part of downtown Tulsa history
There is no cooler place to call home in all of Tulsa! The architecture of this building makes you feel special every time you enter and the views of sunrise, sunset, and the downtown skyline are gorgeous. Best of all is the management team. They are kind, thoughtful, reasonable, and prompt, treating you like a human and not a checkbook. I'm super grateful to them for taking care of me so well for so many months!
