What Negro L doesn't like about Canta Chelas La Bandera:
I went on a Sunday, they don't let you pass backpacks, they charge 15 for each backpack you leave in the parcel, the parcel is a somewhat random space on the sidewalk. Obviously they check you so that you do not pass weapons, except on this occasion it is not needed ntc. The bathrooms are in poor condition, and they charge you for the service (tip).
