We had the most amazing time at Encantada, it's now my favourite place we've stayed in and i'm still dreaming about it! The view of the ocean from the room is incredible. What Matthew Klein doesn't like about Encantada Tulum México:
Loud construction all day, overpriced for what you get, bombarded by beach vendors selling trinkets on the beach, mucky water, no tv/pool/gym, and the only way to get service is to WhatsApp waiters aren’t patrolling the beaches and they take hours to remove dirty plates which attract animals.
