Subway - Tumbler Ridge

Twice now I have found black hair in my food , we all know who has black hair working there ... when I asked for a refund she yelled at meRude little lady

I enjoy the food and the freshness of all the vegetables and produce at this store. The staff are very friendly and fast at making your order. Even when quite busy. The prices are good but Subway TRULY IS fast food. Have you ever seen an Interac machine ask for a tip at McDonald's? No. So I am only giving four stars for this review. I don't appreciate being asked for more money from a carefully calibrated price tag on the food and combos. Those prices are where they are to PAY for the employees. Not to ask for handouts. In my opinion I find the tip button on an Interac machine or on the bill at the end of a meal is equivalent to panhandling outside of a bank on the streets.I worked in kitchens and in the food industry most of my youth and even with that experience I never asked for tips and I am a little disturbed that it is a common culture and practice in our society now.

Phoned to order 2 Platters for the family so we can eat on the go while driving to Kinuseo Falls...and they say they won't take orders over the phone. It's the age of Covid19 and take out and pick up....so this is insane. We didn't spend money here... and would of got platters everyday for three days.... don't recommend. Worst service at this store. Me and my friends were there on June 16 and gotta have first meal of the day which i never thought gonna be this terrible. This lady with glasses had a horrible attitude problem.Never experienced this hateful service.
