I've had just about every coffee shops coffee in this town and a few from Tacoma and Seattle. Capital Perks makes the best coffee I've ever had. It's sweet but not over the top and it tastes amazing. The owner is extremely sweet as well, glad I found this place!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

I’ve been going here pretty off and on for the past few months on my way to work, and it’s a very mediocre place.Often my mochas aren’t stirred all the way and I will inhale a large chunk of gritty powder through a straw, or they don’t stir the iced drink properly and my first sip is gross and warm.
