Went yesterday as we saw they had a singer in the garden Ben Hills. Great singer.... anyway... Beautiful pub. Great service and really really good food. Definitely going back. They also have a fire inside for the winter. Lovely little find for us. The owner even made a special effort to come and welcome us.. read more.

In pleasant weather you can even have something in the outdoor area, And into the accessible spaces also come visitors with wheelchairs or physical limitations.

What LizB doesn't like about George & Dragon:
We were really disappointed with the food the menu sounded interesting and it did not live up to the descriptions. Overpriced steak, sticky tasteless beetroot hummus and a crab risotto which was salty and had bits of cucumber stuck in it. Lovely staff though. Sorry won’t be returning. read more.
