What User doesn't like about Great Lakes Cafe:
Staff are absolutely horrible and provide no customer service skills. I have been there a couple of times and every single time I am there, I am extremely disgusted with the way I am treated. There is no friendliness or even kindness shown what so ever. I am extremely disappointed as the food is good, but the service by your staff is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
