The only thing I had to do was to add a little bit of salt in the food and that’s it. It’s super healthy and cheap. Good option

"If you are in Tunja, you must go to this restaurant for lunch or dinner. The food is not only amazing, but the owner (Javier) always serves its best dishes. Staff are very knowledgeable and always explain their dishes. If you want to change a sauce or a small change as they can. There is a parking space just a few steps from the restaurant. Some times there is a queue, but if you don't go to peak times, you will definitely have a table. PS. My mother loves her Cazuela but always ask for her daily dish."
