We had a great stay. The main area is beautiful! Awesome breakfast! We had one problem. The shower head was slightly loose and was spraying water out the side but we reported it to the front desk upon checkout. View all feedback.

I attempted to phone the front desk of this hotel directly and instead got the main reservation person at IHG. They said I was UNABLE to speak with anyone at the hotel and NO ONE answered the phone after 6pm. I had a question about parking prior to making a reservation. Considering the lack of service BEFORE I even made a reservation, I will not be using IHG. View all feedback.
