Go to jimmy johns probably three times a week. The workers have always been super nice. I have never gotten a bad sandwich. They did mess up my order today but i went back in and they apologized and made me a new one. Other restaurants would not do the same without hesitating. It's obvious that limited staffing has impacted my local Jimmy John's. Sandwiches have been made incorrectly a variety of times. Cubanos have no mayo according to the menu, but yet there it is, slathered on. Also, the open ceiling already makes the place loud. Turn down the music and your employees won't have to yell to be heard. View all feedback.
