While michelin generously spends his stars in turin, this hidden gem serves its guests fantastic dining with excellent service without having a useless star or other reviews. opera is one of the best restaurants in the city and they do not need an evaluation of decadent guides and discredited inspectors. oper is one of the reasons that will bring me back to turin. some really great moments, but many misfortunes. I think I'm trying to be too hard, kreatiw and fussy without taking enough of the experience of the diner into account. had a meal in mailand in the night before was twice as good for half price. if they are in experimental food, this is the place for them.
