We had really early lunch, already at 11am when the restaurant opened. There were already a couple of customers before us, thought it was a good sign. We ordered burgers, there would have been other alternatives also. The food came quickly. Meat in the burger was quite perfectly cooked. Overall I missed more taste and spices in the food. The restaurant doesn't have a particularly special atmosphere, but the food is consistently excellent, especially the steaks. They have good safety measures in place, with reduced seating capacity and proper distancing. The staff is friendly and professional, making sure to engage with customers and not just serve them. It seems to be popular for take-out orders.
We have visited Morrison's place a few times and each time we have had a less than pleasant experience. However, this last visit was the final straw. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and lacked proper customer service skills. Additionally, the quality of the food has declined from previous visits. We will not be returning again.
I only tried the burger at this restaurant and the King Kong burger was excellent. However, the restaurant is often busy so I recommend booking a table.
I suggest trying the hunter steak with mushroom sauce at this restaurant.
After a long trip with three tired and hungry children, we stumbled upon this restaurant to satisfy our cravings. The food was decent, nothing mind-blowing, but it definitely hit the spot. The staff were attentive, especially towards the children, and our server, a friendly and cheerful woman, provided excellent service. Overall, we would rate the service a 5 out of 5.
