"I really love el pollo loco, but whoever they hired recently is awful. I have gotten food from here a few times and the food is always made wrong, doesn't follow instructions and it's clearly old food that has been sitting for a WHILE. My tacos are hard and stale and so are my churros, it's like the tacos were on a heating lamp for over an hour and the churros were just left out. It was barely warm. I'm going to start eating at a diff location because this is the 5th time my food from this location has been a waste of money. Please hire people who care."
