David’z Tacos - Turlock

Needs improvement. The flavors of the meats are non existent. I tried the asada, chicken, barbocoa and al pastor. The barbocoa was the only meat that was acceptable. Streetdogs are amazing taken to the next level. The food presentation is amazing tho. Packed with meats and condiments are given on the side. The horchata here is amazing.(not anywhere on truck tho) The salsa is amazing. I guess come here if your a diabetic. No salt or flavors.

Guys are very nice people. Gently and helpful, all that you need when you go for eating. Products are yummy I tried quesatacos an chalupa. They were very good. Ask for chipotle sauce and guac. Thank you guys it was my first time and not the last. Keep going! They are on the other parking lot in from to Silva?s taco truck

Based this not on the food as the food I've had was good. This is based on the business practice. Clearly the signage states $1 tacos on Tuesdays 11am 3pm excludes shrimp. I order 6 asada and 5 chicken tacos at 1130am and my total was $16.50. That didn't add up so I asked why. She told me asada tacos were $1.50. Ok I understand inflation but post that. So I said then I'll take all of them in chicken. She looked over and started calculating then said she didn't have enough chicken for 11 tacos. So they mispriced things on the menu then ran out of a main meat 30 min into the lunch rush? ???? I will go there when I want a surf and turf burrito a few times a year but as for anything else I will not be returning due to the incompetence. You know you have a taco special for 5 hours yet you run out of meat 30 minutes in? Poor management.

I give them props for presentation. ???? I got the quesatacos (chicken) and idk ???? no.???? The chipotle or whatever thing that is, makes no sense. The green salsa tasted like nothing. I'm hoping it was one piece of the chicken that wasn't cooked all the way, I removed it. ???? I ate one taco and that was it. And I felt weird afterwards. Also, way to greasy for my taste.???? Money wise, it's over price for what it tastes. I can at least say, I tried it and didn't like it. Once was good enough. My mother goth shrimp tacos, she said they were good. ????

The service was good, and fast. The tacos and chalupa were really good. But the sauce was disappointing, it tasted sweet. Kind of like ketchup. I get that some people like mild sauce but they should have a spicy sauce as variety. Also the lemons I got had no juice.
