Oh my. Well, there was seven of us for brunch. We ordered a bunch of things and everyone tried everything. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was served hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. My only regret is that I was toofull to eat as much as I wanted. "I really love el pollo loco, but whoever they hired recently is awful. I have gotten food from here a few times and the food is always made wrong, doesn't follow instructions and it's clearly old food that has been sitting for a WHILE. My tacos are hard and stale and so are my churros, it's like the tacos were on a heating lamp for over an hour and the churros were just left out. It was barely warm. I'm going to start eating at a diff location because this is the 5th time my food from this location has been a waste of money. Please hire people who care."
