that was a high point of our journey! the farm is beautiful and the owners are so friendly. the “tour” is more of an experience that it’s the kakao through the process of chocolate making, including as fruit, as dried bean, which tastes the bud and make the bud paste. and the chocolate that tastes it is rich and pure. we were too late and it was delicious!
