In Search Of: The Perfect Calzone. Beef, green AND black olives, and mushrooms combine within a perfectly browned dough 'encasement ' to bring a taste sensation I hadn 't experienced in almost TWO decades. I graduated from the University of Alabama in 95 ' and haven 't eaten here since. Tut 's is a long standing 'fave ' here on the U of A campus for SOME reason, right? It 's the FOOD.
