I find it really frustrating when you can’t be seated without your whole party being there. Minus 2 stars for that!! When I make a reservation, that is because I intend for my whole party to be there.Otherwise, some of us get there early and have to wait awhile before getting seated. The place was packed but they stayed true to their word on the wait. They offered free coffee and water while we waited.They called our name and texted us for our table and they served us with water soon as we sat down. The food was hot, delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it for friends and family. 5/5 stars!
This is the third Snooze we have visited (Fort Collins, Colorado, San Diego, CA and now Tustin, CA). They are all exceptional. The food is amazing and the staff is adorable. The spunky hostess couldn't believe we had never had one of their pancakes. She delivered one to our table to share, on the house. She was so right, they are delicious. I would recommend this to anyone. Now if only they would put one closer to me. Hey Snooze folks, I would like one of your restaurants in Riverside, CA, pretty please.
There is a moment to come in here, but I assure you that it's worth it... the food is amazing, and the service is excellent... our favorite server is Jessie, who has gone beyond and beyond on any occasion that we have it. I can't say enough good things about this place.
It took an hour to sit, but as soon as we had set ourselves, it was worth waiting: from cocktails to duck to dessert pancakes... WOW! We had a breakfast pot cake, lollipop and toast and eggs Benedict Duo...not in taste and each article had its own unique taste profile. We also had the cinnamon roll pancakes....it was just delicious... not too sweet but super delicious!! The best was the service: Alexandra was great...knowing, friendly, personal and funny! Keep the great work yours!! We will definitely come back!
The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is amazing, the food is really good food! I never really was a breakfast man, but this restaurant has changed it! I will definitely come back to taste many more of their food! Also, they care so much about the community that they do many other community charity events, like an American Red Cross blood drive!
