"Had an afternoon drink at the place. The service was superb, the waiter could make good recommondations on wine. Could have had a better selection of beer, but to be honest it is only a subjective opinion, and I would highly recommend the place."

"One of the better restaurants in arendal, by far the best served Chinese Asian cuisine. it is not a raised place, but the decor is beautiful and trendy. the staff is very helpful and attentive, but sometimes they leave them a little stressful through the fast pace of the restaurant. at certain times there can be a waiting time for a table, but not more than 10-15 minutes. the facility is very good and authentic, mostly Chinese, but also other Asian cuisine are also available. the prices are very favorable, especially for the opposite portion sizes are very large, which makes marco polo a great part to go. on Sunday they also have everything they can eat buffet with which they can taste many different dishes. despite buffet, food quality or taste is not sacrificed. make sure they pay from the koks after their meal, not at the table."

"Located right in the heart of Field and right on the harbour, Brygga should be a runaway success. But, the food is so disappointing. My wife and I had a shrimp sandwich for her and a creamy seafood soup for me. The shrimp sandwich is...a staple of Norwegian cooking and usually a treat to eat. This one had a lump of butter, not spread at all, a bunch of withered lettuce leaves, a pile of shrimp and a tiny dollop of mayonnaise, very unappetizing. My soup was nice and creamy with firm shrimp, but very mushy fish, white and pink. Not very appetizing. As well, my coffee latte was bitter and almost devoid of milk. Stay away from Brygga."
