I really enjoy the burgers here. The staff are always polite and quick to apologize if there's an issue. I've rarely had a disappointing experience. Everyone has an off day now and then, but overall, I consistently have a great experience every time I visit. View all feedback.
What Shawn Clifford doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
I believe there should be a clear distinction between the closing times for dine-in and the drive-thru. I ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich, and what I received was bread that wasn’t even grilled, barely melted cheese, and undercooked meat. The worst part is that we ordered two of them, and they ended up going straight to the trash—a total waste of 20 dollars. Carl's Jr. has turned into an overpriced joke with poor-quality food. After being a customer for years, I will definitely not waste my money here again.

The California Classic Double Cheeseburger was delicious, and the fries were just as tasty!
I keep mentioning that you consistently forget to include the buttermilk with my order, even though I always order the same thing! It shouldn't be that difficult to remember!
The Big Char Chile burger was tasty, but they forgot to add the southwest sauce, which is a key component of the Big Char Chile Double Burger. As a result, it was a bit dry.
