Management is clearly the issue here not the people working behind the counter. For some reason they decide to make orders based upon what's being ordered as opposed to the time it was ordered. So if you want a cold cut you will get it before a hit sandwich. This leaves a lot of people standing in a line without a sandwich being asked to pay or with a sandwich waiting to pay.
