This wonderful market found about the Happy Cow app. So nice to find freshly cooked vegan food in the Methow Valley! Not many options up here so (after a disappointing lunch elsewhere) we were so happy to have several options here. The Fresh Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce and Soba Noodles were delicious!
