"Me and my husband went here after going down to Gooseberry Falls. Our waitress Mary was kind and quick. She made sure we were happy with our food choices. The food was great and I will be coming here again the next time we are in the area. I got the wild rice burger and cheese curds on the side. Vegetarian options: Wild rice burger, cheese curds. "Spectacular! We had the mushroom burger with cheddar vs Swiss. It had huge mushrooms, perfect burger with bit of pink inside. Cooked to perfection. The Rubin was equally delicious my husband had with onion rings. The agate sauce is a must too. Dessert we selected the chocolate passion cake- you won’t be disappointed in this dessert. Truly the best meal we have had while up north. Service was good. We waited 20 minutes for table during the week, they grabbed us drinks while we waited. Over all meals with dessert for two was $48. Our waitress was delightful."

"Stopped in for a meal and a rest after a 60 mile bike ride and was not disappointed. Self service kiosks were available, but didn't even need them as the service was extremely fast and friendly. The food was great, store and bathrooms were clean; although, one of the stalls wouldn't lock. They were offering popular items from foreign locations that tasted amazing and didn't mind at all that I had a two hour wait for my pickup ride! Easily found right on the main road and the only reason it's not a 5/5 is due to the fact there was no children's playground. Would totally eat there again!"

"With my brother's family, my parents and our family, for a total of 12 people. They were excellent. Beverages and appetizers immediately, our meal came soon after, and it was delicious! Two great ladies who cooked our meals brought them to us and thanked the USA for coming! Our waitress has also done a fantastic job, especially since we had 3 small children. Very recommended!"

"Really enjoyed stopping at noon, cake and a walk through the cute gift shop. Perfect if you are looking for you “top North Souvenir. They wore both Two Harbors Castle Danger and Lake Superior find band a few things Duluth. The food was great. We had a child with grilled cheese, an olive burger (high recommended) and club. They all enjoyed the fries, and two young people got strawberries that were the bomb. We tried the cake- 5 layer of chocolate (very rich) and a piece of apple. They also sell chocolates that looked delicious, but when we looked out, we all had eaten or they would have been perfect for the street. The staff was very busy and short on the restaurant side. Super friendly, helpful on the gift shop page. We visited March, this is definitely a low season, but not less beautiful. Make this a stop to make sure to check the cake, much better than the ones you are waiting on the road a few miles away."
