I wanted to book for lunch for six my husband's birthday. In approaching the staff member wiping the tables, he said to be quick, as he had things to attend to. I very briefly stated the purpose for my enquiry, and he said 'don't take bookings'.With that, we wouldn't have made one, even if we could.Went to the Tavern instead, and enjoyed our meal. read more.

"First time eating here after all my work colleagues talked about it.... absolutely excellent food, pasta, sauces, all homemade and the best ever tiramisu in the world with the best ever friendly service..... will most definitely be back for more.
