Best Donuts in Tyler. Opens at 5 a.m. and has a drive-thru. Having tried several of Tyler's local donut shops, I now drive across town to Shipley's when I have a craving. Their fruit fillings don't have the bitter, petroleum jelly flavor and texture that other places do. I recommend the raspberry filled. The cream and Bavarian are also very good. The only place in town that I know of with a REAL cream filled donut. Not custard filled with the cream filled label. Real fluffy cream!
When this place 1st made it to Tyler it had, in my opinion, the best donuts around! They were warm, soft and delicious! This still holds true today..more than 2...
