I can’t express enough how thankful I am for the help that was provided by this staff and restaurant. The food was great first and foremost, but my car wouldn’t start when I was finished. Riley was the first to act on the scene with jumper cables neatly tucked away in his trunk. He and his coworkers were so friendly and helpful with getting my car jumpstarted. Only 20 minutes after I had a great breakfast. So gratefu... View all feedback.
What Kathleen O'Connor doesn't like about The Diner:
I've been to many places across United States and I'm usually very fair on my opinion, but this time I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the food. He was overcooked and dry. Best Brunch Ever! Came into Tyler for some shopping and decided to get some brunch. The Diner was the first to pull up on the Google search. Wait time at 10am was about 20 minutes. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Coffee was great! My familyand I mostly got breakfast items and by the time our food came, everything was so good that we ended up sampling each other'splates. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Omelette which is something I never knew I needed in my life! I would go out in alimb and say this was the best overall restaurant experience.
I love the breakfast especially the pancake but when we came to our table it?s not yet cleaned. We need to asked for someone in there to clean it.
A little bit of a wait, but so worth it! Food was definitely tasty, seasoned just right. Service was great as well. Hayden is an attentive and very nice server! ????????
Ambiance okay, service soso. Waitress didn't come around for refills. filthy silverware. However she brought clean silverware after i asked her to, also I recommended they fire their dishwasher. Eggs Benedict were hard boiled eggs topped over deli ham, followed by overcooked potatoes. We cannot recommend this place at all.
Great restaurant to eat breakfast in Tyler. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Party of 8 was seated and served quickly. Portions are hearty and delicious. The sausages are by far the best I?ve had for breakfast.
